This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds for any product purchased through brainspub.com (the “Website”). Because we sell intangible, irrevocable digital products (e-books, downloadable templates, video courses, etc.), special rules apply.


1 . Scope of this Policy

  • Applies to every order placed via the Website, regardless of the buyer’s country.
  • Covers only digital content delivered instantly by download or streaming. Physical goods, if we ever offer them, will be covered by a separate policy.

2 . All-Sales-Final Principle

  • No “change-of-mind” refunds or returns. Once a file is delivered or an access link is issued, the transaction is considered final.
  • By completing payment, you expressly agree that you lose any statutory “cool-off” right that might otherwise apply to digital content once download/streaming begins.

If we verify your claim, we will at our sole discretion:

  1. Re-issue the correct or fixed file, or
  2. Provide store credit of equal value, or
  3. Issue a monetary refund to your original payment method.

4 . How to Request Support or an Exception

  1. Order ID or transaction receipt
  2. Product name and version
  3. Detailed description of the issue (screenshots or error messages help accelerate a resolution)

We acknowledge all emails within 48 hours and aim to resolve verified issues within 10 business days.


5 . Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

  • Filing a payment-provider chargeback before contacting us may slow resolution.
  • We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with evidence of file delivery and your acceptance of this Policy.
  • Unresolved disputes may be referred to consumer-dispute redressal authorities under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India).

6 . Updates to This Policy

We may modify this Policy to reflect best practices or legal changes. The “Effective Date” will change accordingly. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
